Refund and Return Policy

At HUHU.ca, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Some products, such as gift cards, perishable goods, and personal care items, are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at support@huhu.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
• Refund Timelines: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Exceptions: Clearance items, final sale products, and items with explicit non-returnable notices are not eligible for return. Returns due to defects or errors on our part are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered for the same item if it is defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
