HUHU.ca Shipping Policy

At HUHU, we're committed to delivering your premium natural wellness apparel and accessories promptly and securely across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Zones & Rates

Canada (Domestic Shipping)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (Min. $100 before taxes)
  • Standard Shipping: $14.90 - $21.90 CAD (3–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $21.90 CAD (1–3 business days)

United States (Cross-Border)

  • Free Standard International Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (Min. $100 before taxes)
  • Standard International: $7.90 - $29.90 CAD (5–10 business days)
  • Express International: $34.90 CAD (3–5 business days)

International Shipping We ship to 25+ countries including Australia, UK, EU nations, Japan, and more. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Canada & US: All applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. HUHU is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package using DHL, UPS, Canada Post, or the carrier specified in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products.
  • Some remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times.
  • Print-on-demand items (t-shirts, hoodies, phone cases) may have separate processing and shipping timelines.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huhu.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
